The Christmas I Want to See

Glad to welcome you back, friends. Merry Christmas! Today is Christmas Eve, and as we prepare for the celebration, I want us to keep a few things in mind.

In this season of giving and goodwill, even as we gather with our loved ones, light up our homes with Christmas lights, and share the warmth of the festive season, let us find inspiration in the story of Christmas. Let us reflect on the true essence of Christmas.

Christmas is about God giving His best gift to us. He gave His only begotten son so that we can all be saved and enjoy an abundant life. In that life, we have peace, joy, happiness, success, good health, and all the beautiful things that we would ever want.

We are not fatherless. We are not hopeless. He said, "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also." (John 14:1-3)

That is a word of comfort and assurance. We know our father has good thoughts toward us. And He will not leave us nor forsake us. Though we go through trials and troubles, we know His word is our hope and light.

As we celebrate this Christmas, let us keep a heart of faith and love. Let us rely on His word and promises.

Christmas is not only about wining and dining. It is also about cherishing the bonds that connect us, spreading joy and kindness, and remembering the spirit of giving that lies within us all.

This Christmas, let us step out of our comfort zones and extend a helping hand to those who have challenging moments. Let us embrace diversity, celebrate our differences, and foster a spirit of unity and understanding. Let us spread compassion, forgiveness, and empathy, creating a world where kindness is the currency we exchange, and love is the guiding force that shapes our relationships.

May this Christmas bring you and your loved ones an abundance of joy, peace, and love. May your hearts be filled with gratitude for the blessings you have, and may your spirits soar with the hope of a brighter future. God bless you and have a joyous celebration.

Merry Christmas with lots of love 💖💖💖💖💖💖
