Say YES To Life!

Recently, I was talking with my son. He told me about his projects and things that he’s doing and all that he had to do and how he’s so worried about all the processes involved and the stress that he had to go through and so on. I noticed in his words that he was so interested in the result, not the process. He wanted something that could just take away the process and give him the result. I felt like that sometimes ago, too. I later learned that it is the process that makes the result. And we cannot have the result without going through the process.

Saying YES to every bit of the process is what guarantee the result.

When we say YES to life, we will begin to enjoy life. We will appreciate every bit of it. Saying YES to life is accepting and appreciating everything that we have in life. Not just taking one part, and ignoring the other part.

Remember what Jesus said- "I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly."

God has given us an abundant life that we should say YES to. It is an wholesome life that has different moments, stages and experiences to it.

There was a time when our mothers conceived us. There was also a time when they gave birth to us. There was another time when we were infants, children, teenagers and then became adults. We couldn't skip any of these stages, because they're all part of life.

Saying YES to life would also mean being grateful for life. Appreciating every moment that we are opportuned to live and breath and move on the surface of the earth.

When I heard my son, I quickly understood what he was talking about. To say YES to life is to be comfortable with going through the process, knowing fully well that every part of it is necessary to build us up and strengthen us.

When we focus too much on our needs, we live in the shadow of life. Our attention is off life and we’re focused on the needs. But if we say YES to life, we will take full consciousness of it, we will take every moment of it.

We would have peace in our minds and our productivity would increase. Because shifting in our thinking will take away negative energy and fill us up with God's energy. The end result will be happiness. And we would continue to live a fulfilled life. Have a blessed week people of God.
