THANKING GOD FOR THE JOURNEY

Happy new month, my dear friend. As we approach the end of the year, I feel it time for reflection. There’s something powerful about looking back and realizing how far God has carried us. Not by our strength, not by our wisdom, but by His grace that never sleeps. The journey hasn’t been perfect, but His presence has been consistent. Even in the moments when we didn’t know what was ahead, God already knew the path, and He kept us steady.


When we thank God for the journey, we’re not just celebrating the big victories; we’re acknowledging the quiet mercies that held us together. The days we didn’t think we could stand, but still stood. The prayers we whispered, and the answers that came in ways we didn’t expect. The lessons wrapped inside difficulties that ended up shaping us for the better.


Every step, every delay, every breakthrough, and every closed door had its purpose. God didn’t just guide our steps; He guided our growth. And as we reflect, we see that nothing was wasted, not the joy, not the pain, not the confusion. Everything worked together to remind us that we’re never walking alone.


So as we thank God for the journey, we also thank Him for the strength to continue. Because the same God who kept us from the beginning is the same God who will lead us into the new year. And if He brought us this far, He’s not stopping now.

They say life starts at 40, so I hope we all agree that I am now 22, with 62years experience. I am grateful to God that I have the opportunity to witness yet another year in the fullness of his grace, compassion of his mercy, and fulfillment of his promises. Hello, my dear reader, It gladdens my heart to know that we both made it through 2024, and here we are in a new year, despite all the challenges of last year. In 2024, I was able to share a lot with you, and I hope to share even more in 2025. However, it’s important that we reflect on 2024 and prepare ourselves for the experiences of this New Year.
