STARTING WELL

The beginning of a year carries a quiet responsibility. We don't have to be perfect, nor have everything figured out, but to be intentional. I have learned that starting well is rarely about big announcements or dramatic resolutions. More often, it is about small, honest decisions that slowly align our values with how we live.

Looking back at last year, I realize how much we talked, reflected, and learned together. I learned a lot by writing to you, and I believe many of those lessons were shared simply through reading, thinking, and questioning. Growth, I have come to understand, does not always make noise. Sometimes it begins quietly, with clarity, knowing what to keep, what to let go of, and what to approach differently.

Starting well means choosing discipline over drama, purpose over pressure, and consistency over excitement. It means giving ourselves grace to learn, room to adjust, and the courage to act even when the path is not fully clear.

As the days unfold, my hope is that this year does not just move fast, but moves right. I look forward to a bigger and better 2026, one built on intention, reflection, and steady progress.
