A Friend, Indeed!

Glad to come your way again, friends. Hope you’re doing great and everyone in the family. It is well with us in Jesus' Name! Today, I want to celebrate a dear friend. There are a couple of things we are grateful for in life, and among them is good friendship. I’m thankful to God that I met my friend and her family. Her spirit, her cheerfulness, her humility, her love, her sacrifice, her commitment, her consistency, and her service to God and humanity (the list can keep going on), are beyond measures. I thank God I met and know her. On January 20th, 2024, she and her twin sister celebrated their 60th birthday. I am grateful to God for keeping them alive to see that beautiful day. The celebration was truly grand, with people coming from all corners of the world to join in the celebration. Needless to say, my friend is a person with a beautiful spirit. She radiates positivity wherever she goes and treats other people’s things as if they were her own. She is loyal and hardworking, a fr

How to Deal with Delays

Image
Glad to welcome you back, friends. I’m always excited to share things with you on my blog. Hope your week has been great, and everyone is doing well in the family.  Today, I want to share something about dealing with delays. It’s still the beginning of the year, and it’s good to share some refreshing ideas that will help us navigate this year. Life is full of surprises, and one of them is delays. Delays are like unexpected guests that decide to stay longer than expected. We all face them at some point in our lives. And they can happen in any area of our lives. From our personal plans to business, family, relationships, career, and different aspects of our lives that we might engage in, we see delays unexpectedly.  For me, I’ve had several moments of delay in my life. And I can’t imagine how much change they’ve brought into my life. When we encounter a delay, it can be frustrating and disheartening. However, it's important to remember that they are a normal part of life. So, how

How to Plan for the New Year

Image
Warm greetings, friends! Welcome back to my blog. Hope you are doing fine and your family. At the beginning of the new year like this, I know we’ve heard a lot about making plans for the year – setting new year goals, making new year resolutions, dreaming big, and so on. While all that is good, a very important thing I would like to share with you is to see how we can make a meaningful change in our lives. This is a year where so many things will change. And we’re already seeing some of the changes – change in technology, economy, jobs, government, climate, artificial intelligence, business, culture, values, and so on. With all these changes, there are new sets of threats and opportunities . Are you prepared for them? Are you ready for these changes? This is a time when we will have to be flexible in our minds, learning and unlearning  some things. It’s a time when we will understand how to make change before the negative change comes. The point is – there will be change, anyway. Th

One Important Thing Going Into the New Year

Hi friends! Welcome back. How are you doing in this new year? It's still the beginning of the year and everything is nice and cozy. The trees are still twinkling and the decorations are still gleaming. So, we should start the year on a good note. How are your plans and activities going? Hope you are finding light on the way.  A few days ago, I was thinking about how last year and other years went, and I realized there are so many things to be thankful for. This is not even that everything was perfect or there weren't any challenges along the way. But because I realized that whenever I was grateful, things changed for the better. I saw the mighty hand of God in my life and my family. So, the attitude of gratitude is the attitude that I want us to have this year . It is the attitude that brings peace and joy. It is the attitude that brings hope and faith. I know I've talked a lot about gratitude on my blog. It's because it's a topic that cannot be overemphasized ! T

Welcome to 2024, Friends!

With so much gladness in my heart, I welcome you, dear friends, to the New Year 2024. This is a year that we've all been expecting, and thank God, we've entered it. Thank God for His goodness and faithfulness. Where shall we start? Is it to recount how the year 2023 was spent or to plan for the year ahead? I know that at the beginning of the new year like this, many things go through our minds. Questions like – How will the year look? What will happen? Won’t what happened last year occur again this year? And so on. But God is faithful. He will grant us wisdom and understanding to navigate this year. We will receive direction and clarity. We will not be confused or frustrated this year. For we know that all things work together for good for those who love God and work according to His purpose. For this year, we know it’s our blessed year. It’s our prosperous and glorious year. We will not lack any good thing this year. And the Lord will be our sufficiency and provider this year.
